FLaReNet Summary

The Norwegian HLT Resource Collection is now lead by The National Library. The Norwegian Research Council (NRC) has two programs that contain LRT projects: The two projects Voice control in Multimodal dialogue (SMUDI) and Child’s Voice are both financed by NRC’s program VERDIKT and lead by MediaLT. The other project belongs to NRC’s program for research infrastructure and is called INESS (Infrastructure for the Exploration of Syntax and Semantics) is connected to the ESFRI program. At the research institute Uni Digital, there are several LRT projects going on, some of more national interest, but several with international partners and of international interest. There also exists a NO-CLARIN initiative.

The project manager is Victoria Rosén, and it is connected to the ESFRI program.
